Small but interesting. Useful advice from staff on visiting cemetery. A great place to see for any zombie fan

Great place for living dead fans. All kinds of living dead t-shirts, hoodies, posters, memorabilia, and collectibles. There's also, pictures, props, and displayed documents on the making of various Dead films.

GEORGE ROMERO & BUB The "ZOMBIE" would BOTH be VERY PROUD of this "HOMAGE" to the "ORIGINAL" Horror Classic "NIGHT OF THE LIVING DEAD" that was Filmed in the NEARBY "EVANS CITY CEMETERY". "BUB" btw was played by VETERAN Character Actor "HOWARD SHERMAN" & he was in ROMERO'S "DAY OF THE DEAD", Which was Filmed in a NEARBY Underground Mushroom & Storage Vault. You can see ALL of this GREAT Pieces of "ZOMBIE" History at "THE LIVING DEAD MUSEUM & GIFT SHOP" in EVANS CITY, PA. Relive the BLOODY NIGHTMARE of GEORGE ROMERO & his GREAT HISTORY of the "WORLD OF THE ORIGINAL WALKERS".

Being a major zombie fan, I stopped off at the museum on the way back from some meetings in Pittsburgh. It cost $5 to "tour" the "museum", which took a whopping 15 minutes to get through, unless you also sit through a making of Night of the Living Dead documentary, running on a continuous loop. Over half of this small establishment is given up to racks and racks of T-shirts--so if that is what you are looking for you will probably enjoy this place more than I did. One small rack with a pitiful selection of a couple zombie books and graphic novels. Not exactly a ripoff, but nothing special and certainly nothing to drive out of your way to see.

Everything for a zombie fan. The museum is small but has good stuff in it.
